Intense Workout Without Weights For Fat Loss

Pushup, pullups, and bodyweight squat variations are a great way to train your body without weights. But after a while these variations will get too boring. Instead, it's time to think outside the box when it comes to developing an intense workout without weights for fat loss.

Just for a moment, think about dancers, gymnasts, and yogis (people who practice Yoga). Dancers train at a high intensity level and need to move their bodies in a variety of directions. Gymnasts focus more on body control, but still move their bodies at a high intensity level.

Yogi's focus on full range movements practiced at a lower intensity level. But the main thing I want you to focus on is the strength, physique, and fitness level of these incredible athletes. Most dancers, gymnasts, and yogis never even set foot into a gym!

In addition, they don't focus exclusively on pushups, pullups, and bodyweight squats. Most of their bodyweight movements are a part of their routines. For example, a dancer might need to do a handstand as part of his or her dance routine.

So here's what I want you to do: start experimenting with your bodyweight exercises. You need to think about how you can make your exercises more difficult. It's the little things that will add some great variety and improvement into your training.

For example, you can try to make a pushup more difficult by lifting one foot off the ground. As you get stronger, try to lift both feet off the ground and try to hold that position, balancing on your hands. This is basic gymnastics. Doing movements which place greater stress on their bodies is the reason why gymnasts, yogis, and dancers are so lean.
